  1. Exchange Policy
  • You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Exchanges are allowed for size issues, wrong items received, or damaged products.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  1. Refund Policy
  • We currently do not offer refunds unless the product is out of stock or cannot be delivered.
  • In case of a refund, the amount will be processed through your original payment method or bank transfer.
