- Exchange Policy
- You can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges are allowed for size issues, wrong items received, or damaged products.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Refund Policy
- We currently do not offer refunds unless the product is out of stock or cannot be delivered.
- In case of a refund, the amount will be processed through your original payment method or bank transfer.

- Non-Returnable Items
- Sale items, discounted products, and customized orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
